At Celestial Glow, we want your order to reach you safely, securely and as quickly as possible. All our orders are shipped using PUDO locker-to-locker delivery within South Africa.

📦 PUDO Locker-to-Locker Delivery

Orders are delivered from a PUDO locker near us to a PUDO locker near you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the necessary tracking information so that you can follow your parcel and collect it from your selected PUDO locker.

When placing your order, please ensure that your name, mobile number, email address and delivery details are correct, as these details are required for successful delivery notifications.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been received.

• Once your order has been handed over to PUDO, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.

• Please note that weekends, public holidays and unforeseen courier delays may affect delivery times.

Collecting Your Parcel

You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection at your selected PUDO locker.

Please collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by PUDO. Celestial Glow cannot be held responsible for parcels that are not collected within the required collection period.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please double-check your details before completing your order. Celestial Glow cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges or unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you provide incorrect delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the parcel is dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We package every order carefully before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel and its contents before opening or immediately upon receiving it and contact us as soon as possible.

Any courier-related claims will be handled in accordance with the courier's terms and procedures
